Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
the Site Preparation for Northwest Corridor Project at the Winchester Municipal Airport, Winchester, Tn. the Project Will Grade Approximately Eight Acres of Airport Property for Future Development and Pave a New Portion of the Airport Access Road Which Will Be Approximately 1,115 Ft Long by 22 Ft Wide. The Construction and Paving of the Access Road Associated With This Project Will Complete the North/south Vehicular Access Drive. Other Items of Work Include Installation of Storm Drain Piping/structures, Protection of Existing Utilities on the Project Site, Erosion Control Items, and Sodding/hydroseeding. a Cashier's Check or Certified Check Made Payable to the Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. For Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. A 100% Contract Bond Will Be Required of the Successful Contractor. Liquidated Damages, for Delay in Contract Completion Shall Be as Stated in the Proposal. This Project is Funded Under a Grant Contract With the State of Tennessee. The Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. Reserves the Right to Reject Any/and or All Proposals, to Waive Any Formalities and Informalities in the Proposals Received, and to Accept Any Proposal Which in Its Opinion May Be in Their Best Interest.
