Renovation of a municipal facility in Winchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Winchester is requesting separate sealed bids for Winchester City Hall Renovations. Bidders must be licensed and bonded General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Sealed bids are to be submitted to Winchester City Hall Renovations at 7 South High Street, Winchester, TN, 37398. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined and downloaded free of charge from https://www.allenhoshallplanroom.com. A physical copy of the plans and specifications may be viewed at City Hall. The City of Winchester reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or disability in consideration for an award.
