The City of Phoenix is requesting qualifications for the STREET TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT PAVEMENT SURFACE TREATMENT PROGRAM. The project involves design and construction procurement related to pavement surface treatment for the Street Transportation Department. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 4:00 PM MT The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide Pavement Surface Treatment Program Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services as described below. Up to two contractors may be selected for this JOC. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 6% has been established for this project. At a minimum, the Contractor will be expected to successfully perform the following construction services, including, but not limited to: _ Virgin Aggregate and Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) Micro surfacing Type II and Type III on Arterial and Major Collector Streets. _ Virgin Aggregate and RAP Slurry Seal on Residential and Minor Collector Streets. _ RAP Crushing and Screening. _ Surface Preparation Incidental to Construction. _ Other services may include: o Crack Seal o Asphalt Patching o Scrub Sealing _ Other services may be required, incidental to this JOC.
