2,900 SF interior upfit for Gaston Brewing Company, including new PME systems and sprinkler alterations, in an existing ~11,500 SF two story masonry building located in Downtown Laurinburg , NC. In addition to the upfit, the scopes includes structural repairs, new storefront at brewery, exterior plaster repair, and a new exterior stair/ramp entrance. Trades include demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, wood framing, insulation, stucco, wood doors and storefronts, metal framing, GWB, acoustical tile, paint, FRP, cove base, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, fire alarm and sprinkler. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
