Site work and paving for a civil project in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A. Resurfacing of approximately 5,145 linear feet of city streets consisting of approximately 17,150 square yards of 1" Bituminous Concrete Surface Paving (FS 9.5A). B. Asphalt used for leveling/widening (approximately 50 tons). C. Raise twenty-three (23) manholes with cast iron adjustment rings. D. Raise twenty (20) valve boxes with cast iron rings. No bid proposal will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing, the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. In the alternative, a five percent (5%) bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the proposal.
