Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Imperial, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Remodeling services for a City-owned 10-unit apartment complex, with bids/pricing solicited for Kitchen Remodel, Bathroom Remodel, or Combined Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel. The work includes interior remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms, including but not limited to demolition, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, lighting, finishes, and associated work. Respondents may submit proposals for individual projects (Kitchen Remodel or Bathroom Remodel) or as a combined project (Kitchen/Bathroom Remodel). The project may be awarded as a single project or as a combined contract, based on the lowest responsible bidder, subject to funding and the best interests of the City. Each bid amount stands independently and is binding. Scope details include: advising on materials and efficiency, obtaining permits, job site security, site preparation and demolition, structural inspections and repairs, installation of new fixtures (such as cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical), and new flooring installation.
