Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Imperial, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Imperial Irrigation District (IID) is requesting proposals from highly qualified respondents to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 8-inch high pressure fire suppression water line at 13th Street, 14th Street, and the P2 Parking Lot. The excavated trench must be backfilled according to specifications, and a new 4-inch thick AC cold patch will be installed. This work will take place in the Headquarters Yard at 333 E. Barioni Blvd., Imperial, CA. Improvements include water main and asphalt cold patch. Only persons or firms possessing a current, valid type "A" California Contractor's License held in the firm's name submitting the response are eligible. Participation in a mandatory pre-bid meeting and jobwalk is required to submit a proposal. All labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation must be provided by the contractor, and all work must adhere to provided specifications and requirements.
