The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service is conducting market research to assess industry capability to provide general construction services with design-build and Construction Manager as Constructor capabilities. The potential requirement contemplates multiple award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contracts to support commercial and institutional building construction projects of varying size and complexity. Contractors would be expected to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality construction services, with the ability to support projects across multiple geographic areas. Anticipated task orders may range from $3,000,000 to projects exceeding $25,000,001, with flexibility to compete task orders among qualified contractors certified to perform work in specific states or regions. The Government is considering structuring the contracts to allow for both commercial and non-commercial task orders, potential governmentwide use by other federal agencies, and a period of performance of at least five years, including base and option periods. Task orders exceeding the large-scale construction threshold may require a Project Labor Agreement unless an approved exception applies. Information received will be used solely for planning purposes and to inform acquisition strategy development. Location: The 50 States of the United States of America and U.S. Territories.
