Eton St., Birmingham, MI 48009 OR bmcgaughey@bhamgov.org Such request for clarification shall be delivered, in writing, no later than 5 days prior to the deadline for submissions - Bid Bond 5 % One (1) original and one (1) copy of the proposal shall be submitted. The proposal should be firmly sealed in an envelope, which shall be clearly marked on the outside, "2026 Tree Purchase and Plant (3 Phases)". The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to install approximately 800 trees in three separate planting phases in 2026 (Spring: ~250 during May 5th-June 26th, Fall #1: 250 in September, and Fall #2: ~300 during October 1st-Nov. 20th) in various street right-of-ways and parks. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, waive informalities, or accept any proposal, in whole or in part, it deems best. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the next most qualified Contractor if the successful Contractor does not execute a contract within ten (10) days after the award of the proposal.
