Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Birmingham, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000423582 This project includes construction of new water main, new combined sewer, new storm sewer, new concrete curb and gutter to establish revised road geometry, new sidewalks, and removal of existing composite pavement and constrution of full-depth asphalt pavement within Old Woodward Avenue, between Oak Avenue and Woodward Avenue. Partial-depth asphalt milling and asphalt repacement within Oak Avenue is also included in the project scope. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid must accompany each bid proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any irregularity in any of the bid proposals submitted, and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be the most favorable to the interest of the City.
