Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, permits, licenses, and supervision necessary to repair roads, parking areas, and sidewalks in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work includes general clearing, demolition, and paving of roads and parking areas; demolition and reconstruction of sidewalks; ADA retrofitting; and construction of pedestrian building entrance ramps. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached solicitation documents and applicable standards and specifications. Location: Colmery O'Neil Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 2200 Gage Boulevard, Topeka, Kansas 66622. Questions are due 30 April 2026 by 2:00pm Central Time. Payment and Performance bonds are required. Magnitude of VA Project: Between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
