Renovation of an educational facility in Bloomington, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bloomington Public Schools District 87 is requesting Qualified Providers to propose innovative solutions and energy conservation measures through a guaranteed savings contract on a performance contracting basis. Proposals must be submitted in sealed form by the specified deadline at the Administrative Office, where they will be publicly opened. A mandatory ESCO conference and site visit is also required for participation. The work to be included in the project may include but not limited to upgrades or replacement of equipment and/or material include in, but not limited to roofing, tuckpointing, parking lots, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, plumbing, domestic water, HVAC and security Award Contract May/June 2026 Substantial Project Completion August 2026 For questions contact Michael Cornale, the District Chief Financial & Facilities Officer, Cornalem@district87.org.
