Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Hernando Street Drainage and Street Repair Project will be received. The project consists of the following major items: 60 feet of 48” CMP 14 Gauge pipe, salvage and reinstall 60 feet of 36” HDPE Pipe, and concrete street paving. Any construction award of $20,000 or more can only be issued to a Contractor licensed in the State of Arkansas. The OWNER may reject any or all BIDS, and/or waive informalities or minor irregularities in BIDS received. Contract Documents including detailed Instruction to Bidders may be obtained from Smith & Weiland Surveyors and Engineers, Inc. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the Engineer upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable, for each set.
