Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of negotiating for and acquiring right-of-way (ROW), permanent easements, and temporary easements for the Dietrich Road Bridge and Howell Road Bridge Projects in St. Charles County. There are estimated to be 6 parcels which will require some type of property acquisition on this project. Interested firms are encouraged to visit the project site prior to responding. After award, the County will provide the Agent with a list of properties, associated documents, and a copy of the Right-of-Way Plans. The Agent will be expected to follow the general acquisition and residential relocation procedures for a Federally funded project. Agent must be listed on the approved MoDOT Negotiator Roster. One signed original and one signed copy of the bid must be received in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the title, date, and time of the bid opening in the lower left corner of the envelope. St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. *The contact(s) will not accept phone call inquiries at this time. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
