Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

This project involves removing and replacing four existing boilers, increasing the size of existing concrete curbs to support new equipment, and installing a new domestic water heat exchanger along with all associated electrical, plumbing, and gas piping needed to complete the work. Bids will be received for a single General Construction Contract. Bids must be submitted electronically, include the required bid security, and comply with all contract documents. The successful bidder must provide a Contract Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract sum within ten days after receiving the Notice of Award.
