Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Ames, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

The City of Ames is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design and provide technical assistance during construction for the update of the steam clean bay at the CyRide facility. Proposals are to be submitted in the format required via AmesBids at amesbids.ionwave.net with all prices and requested data properly filled in, prior to the deadline. If technical issues arise during submission, the Procurement Specialist should be contacted to determine an alternate method of receipt. The proposal must include acknowledgment of receipt of all addenda. Only registered suppliers may submit proposals, which must be uploaded in the Response Attachment section of AmesBids. All questions or clarifications must be submitted via AmesBids by the specified deadline. Costs associated with proposal preparation, attending interviews, or contract negotiations are the responsibility of the proposing firm. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to make awards in the City’s best interest.
