Remodeling of an educational facility in Murray, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a primary / secondary education facility.

The purpose is to seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed abatement contractors for selective building abatement and disposal of hazardous materials for a flooring replacement project at Magna STEAM Academy according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings. A single award will be made to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting is required, as detailed in the Project Manual. Questions must be submitted by Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place/Bonfire (U3P). Questions submitted directly to Owner or Architect will not be answered until re-submitted through U3P. Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements.
