This effort requires the repair of a Primary Power Module in accordance with all applicable contract quality and technical requirements. The repaired item shall meet all operational and functional requirements associated with the specified CAGE code and reference number and shall be restored using the contractor's approved repair and overhaul practices, manuals, drawings, technical orders, tooling instructions, and government-approved repair standards. No substitutions or changes in design, material, servicing, or part number are permitted without prior written approval from the contracting officer, except for approved Code 1 part number changes. All repaired items must be physically identified and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130. The contractor is responsible for performing and documenting all required inspections and testing in accordance with original manufacturer specifications and drawings, maintaining inspection records for 365 days after final delivery, and ensuring full compliance with contract requirements. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be performed in accordance with MIL-STD-2073 and the contract schedule. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item are eligible for award and must provide written proof of authorization with their offer.
