A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The contract period is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Upper Allen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
