Reference number: 20137313 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-20 Description Through this invitation to tender, EXO sets out the procedure for selecting the contractor responsible for carrying out remedial works at the level crossings (PAN) on 9th Street (in Saint-Jérôme) and Plan Bouchard (in Blainville) in the Parc subdivision. Corrective works at two railway level crossings, including saw-cutting and removal of existing asphalt, removal of existing ballast by vacuum truck, replacement of damaged sleepers as required, installation of rail fasteners and anti-creep devices, addition and compaction of new ballast, rail alignment, leveling and tamping, installation of rubber crossing panels, and reinstatement paving. All work within active railway right-of-way during approved work blocks.
