Reference number: 20137689 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-22 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 10 Contract title: Preparatory works Saint-Jerome Regional Hospital - Surgical facilities - Extension and refurbishment Building address: 290 Rue de Montigny, Saint-Jerome (Quebec) J7Z 5T3 The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the Company) is inviting tenders for construction works relating to preparatory works at the Saint-Jerome Regional Hospital, including in particular site preparation, the reconstruction and relocation of a garage and a shed, the access road and gatehouses, the relocation of charging points, temporary facilities, the relocation of flower beds, drainage and pipework, and the construction of a retention basin. The works required under this tender must be fully completed within 43 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g. the construction industry holiday period) and the time required to procure materials and equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable start date for the works is between 29 June and 14 August 2026. Tenderers wishing to receive clarification regarding the tender must submit their request in writing to the email address specified below, ensuring that the contract number, project number and SEAO notice number are included in the subject line of the email. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in any amendment to the tender documents, if such a request is submitted by a tenderer five working days or less before the deadline for the receipt of tenders
