Renovation work on the main dilapidated elements has been identified. The renovation project therefore broadly comprises the following works: Floor finishing; Painting of walls and ceilings; Replacement of interior lighting; Reinforcement of floor joists; Decontamination of areas containing asbestos; Work in areas containing asbestos (ceiling).
