The construction works consist mainly of replacing the door control system and upgrading the video surveillance system. They include, in particular, the installation of access hatches, the cutting of chases, the levelling of ceiling surfaces, the sealing of openings following the routing of cabling, and the removal and replacement of cameras. The works also include the replacement of the central control room furniture, namely the installation of a dual workstation and a four-unit secondary consultation unit designed to accommodate four computer workstations. The tender also covers maintenance services for the systems protecting people and property. The works required under this tender must be fully completed within 96 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g. the construction industry holiday period) and the time required to procure materials and equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company.
