Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking proposals for Internal Condition Assessment of the Cedar Creek Steel Pipeline at Cedar Creek Dam and CC3 Suction and Discharge Headers at Waxahachie Pump Station. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/trwd. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process through the Procurement Portal Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) owns and operates approximately 268 miles of buried, large-diameter raw water transmission pipelines. TRWD also owns and operates four reservoirs, one of which is the Cedar Creek reservoir located in Henderson County. TRWD completed an initial investigation of the Cedar Creek (CC) dam pipeline that recommended a more detailed assessment.
