Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.

The work generally includes the removal of the existing single-barrel corrugated steel pipe culvert and the construction of a new prestressed precast concrete box girder bridge founded on steel abutments with steel piles at Pilot Creek on Road 64W, and the removal of the remnants of the previous crossing and construction of a new prestressed precast concrete box girder bridge founded on steel abutments with steel piles at Crystal Creek on Road 67W. The Pilot Creek bridge is a single-span structure measuring 24 m long by 7.2 m wide out-to-out, with slope stabilization in the form of rockfill columns and effective shear keys. The Crystal Creek bridge is a single-span structure measuring 27 m long by 7.2 m wide out-to-out, with mechanically stabilized earth walls to be constructed behind the abutments.
