An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity ordering agreement under which the contractor will perform a series of individual projects at different Postal Service facilities. All unit prices are based on local labor, material and equipment prices as listed in the Construction Task Catalog (CTC) produced and maintained by Gordian. Technical Specifications set forth required workmanship and materials. Offering firms will propose Adjustment Factors to be applied to the CTC Schedule. For each project, the contractor will participate in a Joint Scope Meeting, review the project scope, ask questions, inspect the site, and make recommendations. The Postal Service will prepare a Detailed Scope of Work and issue a Request for Proposal. The contractor will submit a Price Proposal Package, identifying construction tasks from the CTC, unit prices, quantities, and the appropriate Adjustment Factors. The work order price will be a lump sum, firm fixed price based on the total unit prices for the Detailed Scope of Work. A separate work order, including scope, completion time, and price, will be issued for each project. All proposals must be submitted online via the USPS eSourcing portal Coupa. Bidders must complete Coupa registration and accept the invitation in order to submit a bid. Required documentation may be attached to the bid after submitting the total dollar amount in Coupa. Closing time will not be extended due to operator inability within Coupa.
