Reference Number 0000420184 The City of Victor, Colorado ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies ("ESCOs"), engineering firms, and/or design-build teams to provide comprehensive energy performance contracting services, including engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and related implementation services for municipal energy and resiliency improvements. The City has completed preliminary planning and feasibility work related to multiple energy and resiliency projects and seeks a qualified partner to finalize design, validate performance, and implement identified improvements through an Energy Performance Contract ("EPC") or similar guaranteed savings/performance-based arrangement. The selected respondent will be expected to utilize existing conceptual and preliminary plans developed for the City's identified energy projects and incorporate such materials into final design and implementation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
