Scope of Work includes paving, drainage, water, and wastewater improvements associated with The Vantage Phase 4 for Williamson County MUD No. 44. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount bid. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered to the bid opening address within one business day of receipt of the bid opening.
