Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The Scope of Work for this project consists of seismic retrofit of the McCully Separation Bridge. Work includes, but is not limited to, adding shear studs, longitudinal girder retainers, adding transverse shear key, replacing steel roller bearings, strengthening pier caps, extending the seat length, column jacketing, and other related improvements. Bidders must submit and upload their complete proposal documents to Hiepro prior to the posted offer due date and time. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. Any additional support documents explicitly designated as confidential and/or proprietary must be uploaded in separate files to Hiepro and should not be included in the proposal file. Failure to upload the required proposal documents to Hiepro will be grounds for rejection of the bid. Responses to all questions and requests for information will be issued only by formal addendum to this solicitation and posted to Hiepro. Questions deadline: 4/24/26 at 2:00 PM All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO. Estimated Budget: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
