Modernization of building automated systems for outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinic facilities serving Guam and American Samoa. Work includes construction-related upgrades and integration of automated building systems to improve facility operations, performance, and reliability in support of VA Pacific Islands healthcare services. The effort will be performed under a firm construction scope consistent with commercial and institutional building standards and will include all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary to deliver fully functional, modernized automated systems in accordance with contract requirements.
