Sealed bids are requested for work on Handicapped Dwelling Units at Wooster Towers. Bid documents will be available for review and may be obtained for a non-refundable deposit. A Pre-Bid Conference is strongly recommended for all bidders and will be held at the project site. All questions and inquiries regarding the bid documents should be directed to the designated contacts. The last day for submission of questions is specified, and an addenda will be issued by a certain date. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bidders must provide an appropriate Surety's Consent, Bid Bond, Consent of Surety, Performance and Payment Bonds from companies listed on the Federal Register "Department of Treasury" Circular 570. Davis-Bacon prevailing wages apply. Provisions for the Affirmative Action Program are also incorporated and full requirements can be obtained with the bid documents.
