The intent of this Contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the Contract. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. This project consists of pavement patching, degrassing edge of road and grading shoulders, adjusting sanitary sewer manholes to grade, milling asphaltic concrete pavement, in-place cement stabilized base course, asphalt concrete wearing course, asphalt concrete ramps at paved driveways, aggregate surface course on aggregate driveways and hydro-seeding (if required) for the following streets at various locations in the City of Lake Charles: 1.
