Sealed bids are requested for the supply of (1) Concrete Pipe and (2) Collection and Distribution Pipe & Fittings with unit prices effective from July 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026. All bids must be submitted on specified BID FORMS or Electronic Bid Forms. Paper Bids may be obtained in the Office of the Parish Purchasing Agent, requested via email, or accessed through electronic bidding. Preference shall be given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to those offered by competitors outside the state. The agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days from the bid opening for review and investigation of qualifications prior to award. Minority-owned firms, women-owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Any person requiring special accommodations must contact the agency at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening. All paper bids must be plainly marked with the bid number on the outside of the envelope.
