The purpose is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors for an Agency Contract to provide an indefinite quantity of brand-specific Generac Industrial Generators and generator parts for use at the NC Highway Patrol’s Voice Interoperability Plan for Emergency Responders (VIPER) Project Towers on an as needed basis. No minimum or maximum quantities are guaranteed under the contract. Vendors are instructed to read and comply with all requirements and specifications provided, including the Instructions to Vendors, the North Carolina General Terms and Conditions, relevant exhibits and attachments, and any addenda. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and adhering to all changes or addenda issued. Questions, issues, or exceptions regarding any component must be submitted as questions according to the instructions provided. Any changes due to questions will be issued as an addendum. This is an NC eProcurement solicitation via the Ariba Network, and an E-Procurement fee may apply.
