Renovation of a detention facility in Winchester, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Each bid shall include all work, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project as required in strict compliance with the drawings and specifications (Plans) prepared by Argo Consulting Engineers, 309 West Washington Street, Suite 208, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204-2721. Pursuant to the repeal of Indiana Code 5-16-7, effective July 1, 2015, common construction wages are not required on this project. Question Deadline 05/05/2026 If a Bidder finds discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Contract Documents, or if he is in doubt as to their meaning, he shall promptly notify the Owner. Such notification shall be made at least ten (10) consecutive calendar days prior to the bid date. The Owner, Engineer, Construction Manager, and the Designer will NOT accept or respond to telephone calls regarding questions about the Contract Documents.
