Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete the Runway & Taxiway Apron Rehabilitation at the Prentiss-Jefferson Davis County Airport. Bidders must submit their proposals with a bid guaranty in the amount of five percent of the total bid, either by certified check or bid bond made payable to Town of Prentiss. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for evaluation. Contract award is contingent upon project funding approval. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the received bids. This project is subject to the Davis Bacon Act regarding wage and labor provisions, as well as Federal provisions including Executive Order 11246, DOL Regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and the Davis Bacon Act, DOT Regulations for Debarment and Suspension, Drug-free Workplace, Foreign Trade Restriction, and Buy American Preferences.
