Renovation of a military facility in Fort Polk, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Roll-Up Door Replacement The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to remove and install a roll-up door for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA) as per Attachment C - Specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions page 4 for complete details of this requirement.
