Site work for a communication facility in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Provide and install Transformer T4 with the following specifications: 150 Kva 3-phase padmount, 13200/7620 volt grounded wye primary, 277/480 volt wye secondary, 95 Kv BIL, dead front, mineral oil (non PCB), loop feed with 200-amp loadbreak elbows and bayonet fuses, 150_C rise minimum impedance of 2.4%. Provide and install a concrete pad according to transformer manufacturer's recommendations. Provide a driven ground in transformer base. Contractor to remove and replace existing transformer with new. Contractor responsible for all permitting. Install new transformer on site and haul away the old one. Question Deadline 04/14/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline for submitting questions which resulted from the site visit.
