Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ticonderoga, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Ticonderoga is accepting sealed bids for sidewalks. Sidewalks will be 5 feet wide by 4 inches thick with 10x6x6 reinforced mesh. Control joints will be at 6-foot intervals with expansion joints at 25 feet. Control joints will be one-third the depth of the concrete. Concrete will be 3500 PSI pea stone with a 5-inch slump and 6-inch thickness at driveways. All perimeters will be edged with a final broom finish. The work must meet ADA compliance standards. Town labor will remove old sidewalks, supply gravel, and complete final landscaping. Proper insurance is required and prevailing wage applies. The ultimate award will be based on bid and available funds. Interested bidders may obtain specifications from the Town Clerk. Sealed bids are due to the Town Clerk by 2:00 PM on April 22, 2026. One Bidder: Adirondack Concrete - $15.00 per square foot
