The Town Board of the Town of Ticonderoga, New York invites sealed bids for the purchase of the following materials: Screened Sand, Bank Run Gravel/Bank Run Sand, Crushed Stone 1A, 2A, 3A, Item #4 Gravel, Cobblestone, Beach Sand, Screened Topsoil, and Overburden. Bids must be made and filed upon the forms available from the Town Clerk and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked SEALED PROPOSAL/BID-GRAVEL/SAND. The Town may award each item to the lowest responsible bidder with a gravel pit or stockpile within the Town limits; if none, awards may be made in the Town's best interest, considering hauling costs and distance. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids not considered to be in its best interest and to waive technical or formal defects in the bids deemed irregular, immaterial, or unsubstantial.
