The purpose is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to provide Roof Tarps on an “as needed” basis if and when ordered by the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) during emergency disaster situations. The tarps will be used throughout North Carolina during disasters and other emergencies to meet preparedness objectives. The intent is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract with sustainability features in accordance with industry standards. No specific quantities are guaranteed, but it is estimated the State may require as many as 5,000 tarps. This is a multi-vendor awarded contract. Bids should be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions provided.
