Mercer County 4H Grounds Show Arena Restroom Renovations Sealed written bids are requested for restroom renovations at the 4H Grounds Show Arena. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the County. Bid forms, instructions, specifications, and the scope of work are available on the County's website. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked accordingly, and received by the Mercer County Controller at the specified address by the stated deadline. All bids must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the County of Mercer in the amount of 5% of the bid. Bids must remain firm for 120 days following the bid opening. The successful bidder must enter into a contract with the County within ten days of the bid award. The Mercer County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder in the best interest of the taxpayers. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the bid documents or any part thereof.
