Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and municipal facility.

The governing board ("Board") of the Travis Unified School District ("District") will receive sealed bids for the following project, Bid No. 27001 ("Project" or "Contract"): TUSD Schools Roof Replacement Project for roof replacement services at six (6) District sites. The work generally consists of removing existing failed roofing systems, repairing or replacing damaged substrate, and installing new seamless roofing systems and associated components. The sites are: Cambridge Elementary School, 100 Cambridge Drive, Vacaville, CA 95687 Foxboro Elementary School, 600 Morning Glory Drive, Vacaville, CA 95687 Golden West Middle School, 2651 De Ronde Drive, Fairfield, CA 94533 Vanden High School, 2951 Markeley Lane, Fairfield, CA 94533 District Office Bldg., 2751 De Ronde Drive, Fairfield, CA 94533 Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions must be submitted to Facilities@TravisUSD.org. Following the pre-bid walks, all potential contractors will be able to submit requests for information or clarifications. Questions will not be accepted after the date. Responses to questions will be posted on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be available to all bidders and posted online. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Pre-Qual packages must be received by April 20th, 4 pm To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): A (General Engineering), B (General Contractor), or C-39 (Roofing) depending upon bid proposal. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond, if over $25,000.00, and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. The District shall award the Contract, if it awards it at all, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on: The base bid amount and ability to complete the work by August 6, 2026.
