Solano County is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced biological and environmental professionals to provide on-call environmental services for a number of upcoming federally-funded construction projects. The county intends to contract with a firm for a five-year agreement with options for two one-year extensions. The scope of work is to provide as-needed environmental and cultural resources consulting services to the County's Public Works Department, ensuring compliance with CEQA, NEPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations. The services will apply to various projects, including the Maine Prairie Road Bridge over Ulatis Creek, HSIP 12 Safety Improvement Projects, and Farm to Market Phase 4.
