Closed circuit televising (CCTV) of approximately 2.96 miles of sanitary sewer located in sewer Districts 1 & 2 Wisconsin. The requested work will be performed in two (2) service areas with District 1 and District 2 as one contract. Piping to be televised is reinforced concrete pipe, Riches concrete pipe, vitrified clay pipe, polyvinyl chloride, and ductile iron pipe with a diameter of 6-inchesto 36-inch circular pipe totaling 8.07 miles. City staff are currently utilizing equipment to clean District 2 then District 1 in preparation for televising 2026. District 1 waslast cleaned in 2023. The western portion of District 2 waslast cleaned in 2021, central portion cleaned in 2022, and eastern portion cleaned in 2023 & 2024. The City will communicate to the selected contractor its cleaning schedule and will work to the best of its ability to address cleaning needs with the contractor. Additionally, an incentive has been added to the contract terms and is payable to the Contractor if the milestone is met within the original contract terms; see the sample Contractor Contract (Section 10) for details on the incentive. Proposals for CCTV services without defect coding (video recording of traversing specified pipes without defect coding) of the listed sewer pipes for this contract will be accepted as Base Bid. The services shall be performed under the direction of an ESD Engineering Technician. The date and time of servicesshall be during the months of May-September and shall be performed during normal business hours (8:00-4:30), Monday through Friday, excluding May 25 th , July 3 rd , and September 7 th .
