Renovation of an educational facility in Chalmette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids are being accepted for the replacement of the HVAC system at Andrew Jackson Middle School, located at 201 8th Street, Chalmette, LA 70043. Complete bidding documents are available electronically at Centerline Bidconnect's public planroom. Bidders are responsible for their own reproduction costs of these documents. All bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law R.S 37:2151-2163. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid and any additive alternates is required, in the form of a certified check or bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract sum. Bids may not be withdrawn for 30 days after receipt. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site.
