This project consists of Cold In-Place Recycling (CIR) of six roads in Watertown, Connecticut Ledgewood Road, Brookview Circle, Echo Lake Road, Fairview Circle, Icehouse Road, and Wheeler Farm Road. The project encompasses approximately 21,398 linear feet (approximately 4.05 miles) and a total area of 63,698 square yards. Cold In-place Recycling (CIR) Specification. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed (duplicate copy) to the Town of Watertown, Purchasing Agent, 61 Echo Lake Road, Watertown, Connecticut 06795, and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Sealed bids are invited for furnishing road reclamation to the Town of Watertown under the project titled Cold In-place Recycling (CIR) Watertown 2026 for the Watertown Public Works Department. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms and in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent or an authorized representative by the specified deadline. The Purchasing Agent may accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informality, or accept any bid considered in the best interests of the Town. Consideration may be given to the residency of bidders and the location of their business within Watertown when awarding the bid. All bids will be valid for sixty days.
