Sealed bids will be received for the "Strawberry Acres Pickleball Courts." Each bid must include the full names of all parties making the bid, an affidavit as to interested parties, and, for corporations not chartered in Ohio, a proper certificate of authorization to do business in Ohio. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond for the full amount (100%) of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the Owner. The bid guaranty benefits the Owner if the bidder fails to execute the contract and provide required bonds and insurance certificates within ten days of notification of award. Bidders must purchase plans and bid documents from Becker Impressions and be listed on the Plan Holders List to be considered responsive. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed most favorable.
