The project consists of furnishing and installing SCADA system improvements to the existing Millsap WSC SCADA system at the Office and Pump Stations No. 1 through No. 3, including all required electrical, instrumentation, programming, and associated incidental work necessary for a complete and operational system. Bidders must submit a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid for bids exceeding $100,000. A certified check or bank draft payable to Millsap WSC or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) may be submitted instead of the Bid Bond. The project is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including the federally determined prevailing wage rate (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts). The successful bidder must ensure no discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Compliance with the grant recipient's Section 3 Policy is required for all contracts and subcontracts. SAM.gov registration is required to bid. Bids may be held up to 60 days for review and bidder qualification investigation. The lobbying certification must be included in the bid packet for the bid to be considered complete and responsive.
