Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Fairmont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,680-square-foot communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
The scope of work includes providing all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization as necessary to supply one 28 feet x 60 feet factory prefabricated substation control building with all components, including miscellaneous equipment, for the Princeton Road Station 115 kV Substation. The contractor is responsible for assembling the 28' x 60' control building on pier foundations that will be designed and installed by others. Instructions to bidders include that there will be a non-mandatory Microsoft Teams Meeting for prospective bidders to review contract specifications and ask any questions or clarifications regarding the contract requirements. Bidders are encouraged to participate in this meeting to ensure their bid is complete and compliant with the specifications.
